Schedule the same video at different times for each network
Set a separate date and time for each destination and adjust posts before sending starts.
Posting across networks does not mean everything must go live together. You can prepare one video and choose a separate date and time for each destination.
For example: Instagram on Monday at 10:00, TikTok at 18:00 and YouTube on Tuesday at 12:00. These are examples of scheduling, not recommended times for reach.
Check the time zone shown in your calendar, then review the date, time and account for each network. You can change a scheduled destination while it still accepts edits; one that has started publishing cannot be edited as a pending post.
The scheduled time starts the planned sending process. The platform's own processing may delay when the post becomes visible. Use results from your own accounts to evaluate your schedule; a different time does not guarantee more views.
