What is Súbelo?
Súbelo is a web application to upload a video once, prepare the text for each network and publish or schedule it to the accounts you choose. It works from mobile and computer.
What networks can I publish on?
Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook (Pages) and LinkedIn. Instagram requires a professional creator or business account, and Facebook requires a page that you manage. Each platform maintains its format, duration and permissions requirements.
Do I have to leave my phone on?
While the file is uploading, keep Súbelo open and connected. When the video is saved and you have confirmed its scheduling, the sending is done from the server: you can close the app or be left without coverage.
What happens if the upload is cut off or a network fails?
You can recover an interrupted upload; when returning, it may be necessary to select the original file. Each network has its own result. Temporary publishing failures are retried while the video is still available; If you need to renew permissions or review content, Súbelo shows you why. Networks that have already published are not resubmitted when retrying.
Can I edit a scheduled video?
You can choose a different time for each network, replace the video, adjust the cover, or cancel while the delivery still accepts changes. A destination that has already started publishing cannot be modified. Cover options depend on each network.
Does any video file work?
Each network applies its own requirements. For Instagram, Súbelo checks the file and prepares a compatible copy when necessary, maintaining the original for other networks. Preparation continues even if you close the screen. The duration and content must meet the requirements of each network; Conversion does not guarantee acceptance.
Does the AI create or edit the video?
No. Upload your finished video. If you want, describe it and get AI caption suggestions for each network, subject to a daily allowance. Review, edit or write them yourself. Hashtags are not added automatically.
Do you post and pin comments automatically?
Save and reuse your regular comments in the notebook. Automatic posting of comments depends on additional permissions and is not yet available to every account. Pinning is done manually on the social network.
When is it charged and how do I cancel?
The trial of your first subscription lasts 7 days and requires a card. Then the fee for the chosen plan is charged: Creator €38.70/quarter (one account per network), or Solo 19, Pro 39 or Agency €59/month with automatic renewal until you cancel. You can cancel from My Account before finishing the trial to avoid the first charge. If you have already paid, you retain access until the end of the contracted period.
Is it an alternative to Metricool?
If what you need is to prepare and publish your videos on various networks, Súbelo focuses on that work: batches, texts, schedules and status of posts, with direct attention from its creator. It is not a substitute for an advanced analytics or ad management tool. Choose according to the work you need to solve.

How you would prepare one video for three networks
Imagine you have recorded a vertical tutorial. Save it in Súbelo and choose three destinations. This is a scheduling example, not a recommendation for the best posting times.

What changes between networks
Instagram and Facebook
Connect a professional Instagram account —creator or business— or a Facebook Page you manage. A personal Facebook profile is not a Page.
TikTok and YouTube
Review each destination’s privacy options and requirements. A vertical file alone does not automatically make every upload a YouTube Short.
Prepare text that suits your professional audience. You do not have to reuse the caption you wrote for TikTok or Instagram.
Music, effects and stickers from each network’s native editor are not added in Súbelo. Prepare the video before uploading it. Automatic comments are not generally available yet. No tool can guarantee reach or prevent every external platform error.
